Over the years, she has gained valuable experience working at various NHS and private practices before becoming a valued member of our Banbury practice, primarily focusing on private dentistry while also offering her services to children under the NHS.
Her commitment to continuous learning and growth is evident through her further training in Dental Implantology in 2015, as well as multiple short-term orthodontic courses. Proficient in providing both fixed and removable cosmetic braces, Ailsa expertly utilizes the Six-Month Smiles and Clear Aligner systems to help her patients achieve their dream smiles.
While Ailsa enjoys all aspects of dentistry, she takes particular pride in working with nervous or anxious patients, helping them build confidence in visiting the dentist. Her gentle and caring approach creates a comforting atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.

With a Master's degree in Periodontology from BPP University in London, Sara's expertise shines through in her professional and courteous approach. She readily accepts patients for General examinations and is particularly skilled in providing Periodontal consultation and treatment when needed.

Introducing our skilled dentist, who brings expertise and passion to our team. She had graduated as a Dentist in 2005 from Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University in India, she later achieved her Licentiate in Dental Surgery (LDS) from the esteemed Royal College of Surgeons in England in 2020.
Since joining {my}dentist in 2020, she has become an integral part of our family, and in April 2022, she began her journey with us at our Banbury practice. With a special focus on Endodontics (root canals) and minor oral surgery, she's dedicated to delivering top-notch dental care to her patients, ensuring they feel confident about their oral health and smiles.
Always striving for excellence, she completed her Pg certification in Dental Implantology from London in 2023, adding to her already impressive skill set. Currently pursuing her masters in Endodontics to further hone her skills in root canal procedures.
Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in leisurely walks and nice moments with her loved ones.

Meet Rozalia Gombera. With over a decade of dedicated service in the field of dentistry, Rozalia embarked on her journey in 2012 as a dental nurse, a path she initiated at the University of Portsmouth. This initial role enriched her with invaluable experiences across various dental settings, encompassing private practices, community care, public health, and the NHS.
Driven by a passion to broaden her horizons, Rozalia pursued a BSc (Hons) in Dental Hygiene & Dental Therapy at the University of Portsmouth in 2020. Throughout her academic journey, she honed her skills, becoming proficient in fundamental dental hygiene procedures, such as scaling and polishing, as well as periodontal treatments and providing vital oral hygiene instructions.
Rozalia's extensive expertise has uniquely prepared her to offer compassionate care to patients who may experience anxiety or be new to the dental environment. She is a pivotal member of the collaborative dental team at {my}dentist, where patient-centered care is a fundamental principle.
