Crowns

Crowns are usually recommended when the top, visible part of the tooth has been damaged, either by accident or decay, or following root canal treatment.

They can also sometimes be needed to support a bridge. They strenghten the damaged tooth, enabling you to keep using it for years to come.

Today's crowns are look and feel much more natural. They are less bulky, and no longer have the old-fashioned grey metal edge along the gumline.

If you have an old crown which you are not entirely happy with, it may well be worth speaking to us about it – you may be surprised at just what a difference a new one could make!
